American Legion Auxiliary Empire Girls State
During my time at EGS, I was elected as one of two senators from my county amongst other positions, quickly adapting to the fast-paced political environment and navigating the complexities of the bill writing process. My commitment and leadership skills were recognized when I successfully interviewed and was elected as the Senate Majority Leader, a position that allowed me to partake actively in legislative sessions and Rally Day.

Kenyon Review Young Writers Workshop
At the Kenyon Review Young Writers Workshop, I immersed myself in the world of writing, dedicating hours daily to honing my craft. Beyond personal exploration, I took on the pivotal role as the head editor of the workshop's anthology, designing, laying out, and compiling the collective works of my peers into a 200 page book that all writers received at the end of the program.
